How can I cop items for retail?
You need to have a membership to cop the items that are on the website. Once you've got a membership, you can participate in our weekly retail drops!
How much does a membership cost?
A membership costs €19,99 a month, €49,99 a quarter or €189,99 a year.
Can I cancel my membership whenever I want?
A membership is cancelable at any time. Refunds are not available for memberships.
Is my order cancellable or can I get a refund?
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website when mistakes are made regarding your order. Otherwise we can not give any refunds nor cancellations.
How long does shipping usually take?
We try to ship all orders within 5 business days, every order gets a track and trace number so you can always check your item at any time!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, check out our shipping rates in our highlighted story on Instagram!
How many items can I cop per drop?
At the moment we're only accepting one product per person per drop. If we notice there is enough stock for our members, we'll allow more.
What is the definition of the retail drop?
The retail drop is occurring every week. All items in the retail drop are dropping for its retail price.
Are you guaranteed to cop an item?
You are guaranteed to be able to purchase an item on our site every week, this doesn't mean that you're guaranteed to get the item you want every week.
When can I purchase items?
Our retail drops are every Saturday at 8 PM CET.
How do I know what's dropping?
Every Thursday the droplist is posted on both our Instagram and website. All the products that are on this droplist will drop on Saturday for RETAIL!
Does Hyped Polar Bear sell legit items?
We do, we only sell 100% legitimate items. Before we put an item on our site we check the condition and authenticity of the item.
Can I choose the sizing for the Supreme Mystery Boxes?
Because we have a very low stock for our Mystery Boxes we do not provide the option to choose the sizing when purchasing a box. When we see that we have a bigger stock we will add that option!
Can I return the Supreme Mystery Boxes when I don't like the content?
No, all Supreme Mystery Box orders are final, by purchasing the box you agree that we choose the items in the box and that there will not be refunds based on the content of the box.
Are all items in the Supreme Mystery Box new in original packaging?
No, items in this box may be in a used condition, but will never show holes, big stains or rips. They will always be in a condition of 8/10 or higher.
